The majority of our staff at Belkin House are governed by the BCGEU Collective Agreement, which provides many benefits for our unionized employees.

We provide all employees at Belkin House with Employee and Family Assistance counselling services (free, confidential, and available 24/7) to support Employee wellbeing. Our Food Services provides nutritious (and filling!) meals at a low cost to staff working on shift. We have a staff lounge area with seating and a television for relaxing breaks. Or visit our roof top garden for some fresh air!

All Regular part-time and Full-time employees are entitled to our RRSP matching program.

All Regular Full-time employees are eligible for all of the following benefits:
